PalClaw is an AI agent for hospital operations. It helps teams analyze data, identify management issues and develop improvement plans. It combines reasoning and multimodal models, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and knowledge graphs to coordinate multiple agents on management tasks.

• Augmented retrieval: supports knowledge retrieval, graph construction, and intelligent recommendation across policies and regulations, industry standards, best-practice cases, and business data.
• Intelligent analysis: embeds indicator definitions and inferential computation, and generates decision-support reports through five capabilities — modular business coverage, customizable themes, data visualization, automated reporting, and human-readable interpretation.
• Simulation: builds a virtual hospital operating environment and simulates operating processes and resource allocation against specific business questions and constraints, helping managers optimize operating decisions.
• Multi-agent collaboration: agents for knowledge retrieval, data query, data visualization, data insight, automated reporting, automated coding, and computer terminal use work together on tasks; parallel development of smaller models and applications forms a hybrid "large model plus small model" architecture.

Technology foundation

The platform builds a vector knowledge base at the scale of tens of millions of tokens, combining multimodal data such as structured indicators and unstructured charts, with an offline incremental update mechanism and efficient retrieval.
